As an approved training organisation since 1998, in order to give ourselves the means to evolve, we decided in 2014 to open, in partnership with the ISTELI in Toulouse (AFTRAL Group), our first OLANO class for a
«Manager of road freight transport operations» diploma.
The objective of our promotion is to take 12 young adults under our wing every year, who are trained in the transport business and into OLANO’s culture and processes. It allows us to integrate newly graduates into operator positions we create each year on our platforms.
Accommodation and transport solutions are offered by the company during the whole work-study period.
Each year, we train 12 young adults!
