AGRI TRANS joins the
OLANO Group

The OLANO Group has signed an agreement to take over 100% of the capital of AGRI TRANS.
AGRI TRANS is specialized in the road transport of interurban freight. Thanks to the trust placed in it by this company, the OLANO Group is strengthening its positions in Boulogne-sur-Mer, which were already consolidated earlier this year with the acquisition of FRIGOSCANDIA.
AGRI TRANS’ turnover amounts to 5 million euros, with a total of 35 employees and 30 vehicles.
